John T. Murphy served as the Art Director of Special Projects at Old Tucson Company, a movie studio and old west theme park, and is currently a professor of design at Youngstown State University. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater from Arizona State University, and a Master of Fine Arts degree in Lighting Design and Technical Direction from the University of Arizona. Mr. Murphy is active on the USITT/Ohio Valley Ezekiel Awards committee, and is a new member of the national USITT Health and Safety Committee, and the Architectural Committee.
